1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bvb8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bvb8 platform and the entity operating it at the domain bvb8.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the bvb8 platform.
• "Platform" means the bvb8 website accessible at bvb8.io, including all games, betting markets, account features, and associated content.
• "Account" means the registered player account created following a successful bvb8 Login registration process.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, enhanced odds, cashback, or other promotional benefit offered by bvb8.

2Acceptance of Terms

3Eligibility

To register and use the bvb8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of your account:

4Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are considered a breach of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any of this information changes. bvb8 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a player.

bvb8 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request that you complete a KYC verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identity document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirming your registered mobile number)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested

Failure to complete a KYC request within the timeframe specified by bvb8 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. Accounts that cannot be verified after reasonable attempts may be closed.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bvb8 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party, and you must not permit any other person to access your account.

bvb8 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bvb8 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

You agree to notify bvb8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any other breach of security. bvb8 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

6Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits and account balances on the bvb8 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however bvb8 reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring limits in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• bKash (personal wallet)
• Nagad (personal wallet)
• Rocket (DBBL mobile banking)

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

bvb8 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank operator may apply their own transaction charges, for which bvb8 accepts no responsibility. Deposit processing times are typically under 60 seconds for mobile wallet methods, though delays may occasionally occur due to third-party processing issues outside bvb8's control.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used to make deposits into your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bvb8 does not charge a fee on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply charges of their own.

Before a withdrawal request can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must have passed any applicable KYC verification requirements
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been fully met
• Your account must not be subject to any security hold or investigation
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available Real Money Balance in your account

bvb8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. In practice, mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash or Nagad are typically completed within 1–6 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

8Bonuses & Promotions

bvb8 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds on cricket markets, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn
• Standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount received
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the specific promotion — typically 7 to 30 days
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets may have variable contributions
• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus only — this applies across all accounts and cannot be claimed multiple times
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except after wagering requirements are fully met

9Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bvb8 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. These rules are displayed within each game or market interface and should be reviewed before placing a wager. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

bvb8 reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price or odds being displayed
• Where the outcome of a market is in dispute or under investigation by a relevant sporting authority
• Where there is evidence that match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity has affected the outcome
• Where a bet has been placed after an event has already concluded (late bet)
• Where the bet was placed using funds that were later found to have been deposited fraudulently

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket and other sports are governed by real-time data feeds. Delays in data transmission may occasionally cause a market to remain open for a brief period after an in-game event has occurred. bvb8 reserves the right to void bets placed during such periods if it determines that the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation technology. bvb8's RNG systems are subject to fair play certification. Players who believe a game outcome has malfunctioned should contact support immediately, citing the game name, session reference number, and date and time of the issue.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bvb8 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit games
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bvb8 platform or its software
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or display glitches to gain unfair advantage — any such errors must be reported to support immediately
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bvb8 staff, customer support personnel, or other players via any communication channel
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a betting syndicate using a bvb8 account registered to an individual

11Responsible Gaming

bvb8 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment only. It should never be used as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or escaping personal difficulties.

bvb8 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account dashboard after bvb8 Login:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the platform
• Use any bvb8 trademark, logo, or brand element without express written permission
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the platform

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bvb8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses of any kind
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or events outside bvb8's control
• Loss of data, account access, or account funds resulting from a security breach caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket
• Errors in live odds, prices, or market data resulting from third-party data feed delays

bvb8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

14Privacy & Data

bvb8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

bvb8 uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, no method of electronic transmission is entirely secure, and bvb8 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

bvb8 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with identity verification partners, payment processors, and fraud prevention services solely for the purpose of operating the platform and fulfilling legal obligations.

15Amendments to These Terms

bvb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bvb8 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via an on-screen notification upon their next bvb8 Login.

The revised terms will take effect on the date stated in the updated document. Your continued use of the bvb8 platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

bvb8 recommends that players review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

16Account Closure & Termination

You may request closure of your bvb8 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

bvb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player with their payment provider
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Determination that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, bvb8 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

17Complaints & Disputes

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the bvb8 platform — including a specific game outcome, a transaction, a bonus, or a customer service interaction — you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected], providing as much detail as possible including your account username, the date and time of the issue, and any relevant reference numbers.

bvb8 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to provide a full response within 5 business days. Complex disputes involving game outcomes or transaction records may take longer to investigate.

bvb8's decision on any complaint or dispute, once communicated in writing, is final. No further correspondence will be entered into regarding a matter that has been fully investigated and resolved.

18Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bvb8 operates as an English-language platform targeting the Bangladesh market, and these terms are written with that jurisdiction in mind.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between bvb8 and any player.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.
